Wappingers Falls Man Caught Dealing Drugs Near Medical Facility, Police Say

A Wappingers Falls man was caught dealing drugs near a mental health center after police received a complaint about possible drug activity.

Justin F. Zambardino, 27, was busted around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 8, when the Town of Poughkeepsie Police received the complaint about possible drug dealing in the parking lot of the Dutchess County Mental Health at 230 North Road, said Capt. Kevin Faber.

Zambardino was arrested by responding officers and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, Faber said.

He is being held on $75,000 cash bail or $150,000 bond at the Dutchess County Jail.
